Telankhana Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for Ordering Food at Telankhana

The following terms are applicable for any Food Orders placed by You with Us (Telankhana Food and Services LLP).

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to The Telankhana Food and Services LLP, 1-111/4/B, Ravi Enclave, Hanuman Nagar, Kondapur Hyderabad 500084.

Goods refer to the Food items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to and accessible from https://telankhana.in

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Food Order Cancellation Rights

You are not entitled to cancel your Food Order after acceptance of Food Order, but you may raise a quality complaint on Android or iOS mobile App or on Telankhana.in website in my Orders section against the order. After review of your complaint, if it is a proper complaint on quality aspect, then We will process it for Total Refund of the Food Order value to original payment method.

The option for raising the complaint is valid and active for 1hour only post delivery of the Food Order.

If complaint is raised within 1 hour of Food Order delivery, then complaint is accepted, and we may ask You to return or we may collect the Food Order package leftover for quality checks against the quality complaints.

There is no scope for cancelling a Food Order as it is instantaneous with Cooks preparing the Food Order in 30 minutes time frame.

There is no scope for Return a Food Order, since it is custom prepared and perishable food item.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that does not meet the above conditions is in our sole discretion.
